The main home has five unique bedrooms, two of which have sleeping lofts which are great for families with kids. The pool house offers a completely private space for the in-laws or for those wanting a little more privacy. All of the rooms offer cable television and each has a separate entrance directly to the outdoors and common area kitchen and living room.
The master bedroom is a retreat unto itself featuring high vaulted ceilings and stone floors. The room has louvered windows to let in just the right amount of breeze to bring the room to your perfect temperature. The king size bed is carved of tropical design and is the perfect way to end a great day in Kona. The master bedroom has a flat screen television and comfortable sitting area for relaxing. The master bathroom has a full tiled shower and tub.
The second bedroom is a very large room with vaulted ceilings and a king bed. There are many windows for picturesque views of the grounds. This room has a queen sleeper sofa for additional space.
The third bedroom is a great space for a family as it has a queen bed and a separate twin bed. This bedroom has an additional sleeping loft with a queen bed.
The fourth bedroom also has a small sleeping loft and has a king bed. Formally, the owners office area, this bedroom has built in shelves with plenty of books and games for our guests enjoyment.
The fifth bedroom in the main house is a private sleeping loft which is situated above the main entrance to the house. Although it is a relatively small space, the plantation shutters can be opened on both sides to allow the cool evening tropical breezes to comfort your sleep. This room has a queen bed.
In addition to the master bathroom, there are two full baths and showers in the main house. One bathroom is situated between the second and third bedrooms and has a double sink and walk in tiled shower.
The other bathroom is below the sleeping loft and next to the fourth bedroom. It is fully tiled with a double vanity and walk in shower.
